Royal Gorge Rafting - Reservation - Refunds, Policies & Procedures

Cancellation Policies & Procedures, ~ By submitting this reservation request you hereby authorize Royal Gorge Rafting to charge your Credit/Debit Card 50% of the total trip cost as priced above and agree to the refund policy and procedures indicated herein. ~ Trip prices do not include a Colorado State Parks 8.5% or Access fee of 1.5% ~ Your remaining balance is due 8 days prior to your trip date - or you may choose to use our auto-payment option above. (Please notify us if your group will be paying separately). ~ Our trip capacity is limited by law. By confirming your reservations we promise to hold a place for you on your chosen trip often turning other clientele away! If you should cancel, we may not have time to sell your seats, therefore we adamantly adhere to our cancellation policy. ~ *Refunds are less a $15.00 per person cancellation fee. The remainder of the deposit is refundable if we are given 7 days advance notice. Groups of 10 or more require a 30 day notice. Groups canceling less than 2 weeks before departure are not subject to refund. ~ No shows and cancellations within 6 days of trip departure are not eligible for refunds. (Rain checks may be available in instances we deem to be fair and appropriate.) ~ With your safety in mind Royal Gorge Rafting reserves the right to alter trips upon our discretion due to water levels or other unpredictable events. ~ Royal Gorge Rafting reserves the right to refuse service to anyone we see as unfit for rafting. Drugs & Alcohol prior to or during any activity with RGR is strictly prohibited and forfeits any refund. ~ All participants will need to complete an Acknowledgement of risks and release waiver prior to departure. Any participant under the age of 18 years must have a Release Waiver signed by a parent. ~ Please keep in mind that minimum age recommendations fluctuate depending on water level. In the event we change a trip due to water levels the price of the trip remains the same as we will provide an extended trip on an alternate section of river. ~ By making a 50% deposit with Royal Gorge Rafting you acknowledge and agree to our terms & cancellation policy. ~ Our trips depart as scheduled rain or shine. In order to maintain our schedule we ask that you show on time and not miss your trip. -Thank you! Team RGR.
