Prior to starting on our Colorado Springs, Colorado rafting adventure, each participant undergoes a thorough safety orientation. As part of our safety protocol, each person is equipped with a Personal Flotation Device, and our experienced guides are by your side throughout the entire journey.

In addition to our skilled guides, we have a team of expert kayakers readily available to offer assistance should your raft overturn or if you accidentally fall into the water. They are also equipped to retrieve any lost paddles. These additional safety measures are implemented to ensure that your rafting experience is both enjoyable and secure.

For a comfortable and enjoyable experience, appropriate clothing is necessary. Opt for beach-appropriate attire, such as quick-drying shorts or board shorts, a bathing suit, secure footwear, and a shirt that dries quickly. Remember to also pack essentials such as a water bottle, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat to protect yourself from the sun. In case of colder months, bring a light jacket to stay warm and comfortable.

We understand that plans can change. That’s why we provide a Worry-Free and Flexible Cancellation Plan. If you need to modify or reschedule your trip, simply notify us. We ask for 10 days notice for cancellation and 30 days' notice for groups of 12 or more. There are hardly any restrictions on rescheduling your trip.
